“Very happy with my purchase. There was a slight issue with the next day delivery where the courier delivered to the wrong address, but when I followed this up with NetStore Direct they agreed to refund the carriage charge. Overall, good service and very decent company to deal with. I will buy from them again.”

“An excellent shopping experience. Product was good price; was dispatched promptly; email advising of dispatch also said when it would be delivered; and on the morning I got an SMS text on my phone telling me the time it would be delivered (within a one hour slot, and the name of the driver who would deliver it). He came with 15 minutes of the start of the hour period, was polite, and the packaging and quality of the item were excellent. You cannot do better than this. They got everything right.”
