“I ordered and received a single medal holder to hold a WW2 National Fire Service cap badge. It was perfect. Because of the current COVID-19 pandemic Royal Mail delivery was slow so waiting for it to arrive I phoned NE Trophies. A pleasant efficient staff member explained when and how it had been despatched and if it had not arrived in a few days to call again and another one would be sent free of charge. That day it arrived. I will use this company again without hesitation.”

“Very prompt service and the small silver plate ordered to affix at the back of a 21st birthday clock was spot on. The little packet of sweets in the package were a nice touch but as a diabetic not sure if appropriate for all customers. Only little thing I would prefer to change is to reduce the postage which cost around £3 which was nearly as much as the small flat plaque which could deliver inSide card in an envelope which led to 4 stars not 5 stars. However I still would place an order again if I need similar products.”

“Ordered a small personalised plaque (after midday on a Friday during ‘lockdown’) and it was despatched on the Monday. Before it arrived, I needed to email NE Trophies and they responded more or less immediately and courteously. When the item arrived, it was perfect, pristine. I was impressed.
