“Needed a trophy for our end of season Netball get together, popped in to the store, greeted by a lovely gentleman who advised of the products available, helped with the font for the plaque. Trophy was a hit, will be ordering more each season, great customer service thank you.”

“The whole process was excellent, start to finish - choosing the award, the design, and making specific adjustments. The team is also very responsive by phone or email and went above and beyond to get a last minute order to us in time. Highly recommended!”

Hi Louise, Thank you very much for your order with us. We received your order on the 14th July and shipped it the same day. I have looked into the reason for the late delivery with Evri. I can see on the tracking information that they attempted next-day delivery at 12.22 pm on the 15th and again on the 17th but there was no one in on both occasions or a safe place to leave your parcel. They should have left you a card in the letterbox with this information. This led to your delivery being late. We hope that you are happy with your Wooden Medals.
