We engrave all our medals, trophies, and glass awards in-house using both state of the art laser etching and traditional drag engraving for our awards.

We have a quick turn around time and offer express shipping options all over the world, to make sure your order arrives in good time for your presentation. “Tom's customer service was outstanding. The clarity of the logo that went on to the glass, however, was a little blurred compared with a similar beer glass my football team made 3 years ago using a different supplier (same logo).”

Hi Phil, Thank you for your order and feedback. We're glad you found our customer service to be outstanding but sorry to hear you weren't fully satisfied with the glasses. I remember we spent some time trying to improve the quality of the Logo that you sent in (which was extremely small and blurred). After a number of proof revisions, you did approve the proof so the glasses went to production. I trust the issue is with the Logo resolution and not the engraving quality.
