“I ordered a beer tumbler glass & paid extra to get it engraved. The glass arrived promptly & safely & i am pleased with the engraving but the glass is much smaller than I was expecting. The size advertised on their website clearly states the glass holds 400ml when in reality is only 350ml. I contacted NE Trophies & they said it was an issue with their suppliers but many weeks later the website has not been amended. I cannot speak for their other products but buyer beware if you are looking for a specific size of glass.”
