“It turned out that the medal box I ordered had an opening too small for my medal. I wrote to North East using the email address provided on the invoice, and the response was rapid and generous. North East fully refunded the cost of the box plus shipping and told me to keep the box. I appreciated the prompt response which was more than fair.”
