“Have just completed our project and replaced a failing lawn with Inverness from Neograss. Quite an undertaking but it needed doing properly and we are delighted with the end result. Found the info on their website well written and easy to follow and the product is first class. Help from Wendy over the phone was invaluable, there doesnt seem to be anything she doesnt know and all of her advice proved to be absolutely correct. Lulu our Sproodle (Springer/Poodle) loves it and we love not having muddy paw marks all over the house. Thank you Neograss.”

Good morning John. We have looked into the status of your order and we can confirm that your item was dispatched the next day, on the 30th November and it was sent via "Royal Mail 24 hour". We do know that the Royal Mail are receiving an unprecedented volume of work through their systems. We will attempt to try and trace it today for you. We apologise for the delay.

“Terrible service! Asked for samples on 3 occasions.. never arrived...even though i was assured they were dispatched next day! Booked an appointment for a director to visit our sports facility to give us a quote.. never turned up! & when i called to ask why, i was told he was on annual leave & that there "must have been a mix up" How can you run a successful business with this customer approach... Awful !!!”

Unfortunately, we often have issues with samples being lost in the post. If you are still interested in receiving samples, please call us 01245 931200 and ask to speak to Will and I shall ensure that your samples are sent via recorded delivery on the same day. Regarding the site survey, we do not offer an installation service and therefore I can only assume that your appointment was scheduled with one of our third-party Approved Installers.
