“Excellent range of high quality products from a very knowledgeable company. The best weed protection membrane I have found so far at a good price, most are quite flimsy and thin or just not right for the job. NeoGrass gives ongoing direct support and an informative blog. “Terrible service! Asked for samples on 3 occasions.. never arrived...even though i was assured they were dispatched next day! Booked an appointment for a director to visit our sports facility to give us a quote.. never turned up! & when i called to ask why, i was told he was on annual leave & that there "must have been a mix up" How can you run a successful business with this customer approach... Awful !!!”

Hi, I am really sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience. Firstly I would like to apologise for the samples not arriving with you. Unfortunately, we often have issues with samples being lost in the post. If you are still interested in receiving samples, please call us 01245 931200 and ask to speak to Will and I shall ensure that your samples are sent via recorded delivery on the same day. Regarding the site survey, we do not offer an installation service and therefore I can only assume that your appointment was scheduled with one of our third-party Approved Installers. “I Contacted NeoGrass as I was looking for a high quality lawn especially as I have two dogs, so it needed to be robust after ordering samples I spoke with NeoGrass by phone as they wanted to check that the one I had decided on met my needs correctly. I had chosen the Inverness 25mm it certainly seemed the best fit for our needs. Also they talked through what sub-base I needed to put the grass onto and also referred me to the detailed instructions on-line there website which walks you through the whole process. I decided to phone the order through again NeoGrass were so helpful and guided me through what I needed ie not only the grass but sand and also the fixing pegs, membrane, joining tape and glue etc etc. The delivery was on time exactly to the day I had chosen. We chose to lay the lawn ourselves and we are please with the job. The lawn has now been down for about three weeks and so far we are very pleased with it. Quality seems excellent and I can confirm that instant recovery really does work. Well done NeoGrass you whole service has been excellent. Thank You”

“Didn't deliver by due date so I rang them. Amazingly it was then delivered via 24hr courier. The membrane is spot on, fairly thick and so perfect for a base”

“I feel quite mislead on the underlay I purchased. The images for both the 10mm and the 10mm are the same. The reason I purchased this underlay was I was lead to believe (through the images) there would be a dual layer of foam - white and blue. This isn't the case with the 10mm, which now makes me doubt it's softness and drainage under foot if a heavy rain came or during winter. I also had a dog so that double layer I hoped would deal with any of his pee. Really not happy it's so misleading for a premium product. I could have got the same on eBay. It's foam with slits in it.”
