“Googled how to lay artificial grass on paving slabs and NeoGrass explained what I needed and gave me a link to purchase it. It was delivered the next day even though it was one minute before their cut-off time.”

“I am very pleased with the grass we have bought. With the 2cm underlay it is very comfortable to the feet! It has maintained its colour - after 2 years- and is good in terms of rebounding to shape after having been walked on. The only downside is where I have put the grass on steps leading up to our front door. I did not use underlay. The grass has had a great deal of footfall there obviously and so has remained squashed. Apart from that it has been the envy of my neighbours. Rather more expensive than many brands - but it has proved worth it!”

“We’ve placed our NeoGrass on our terrace To help house train our puppy. It’s very natural looking and feels soft under foot. Our puppy has taken to it and after nearly 2 years of use and regular washing with a hose it’s proven durable and resilient.”

“I would have preferred to have the delivery on a date of my choice and I certainly didn't expect to find the turf dumped in the car park. As a single elderly person, I can't move it into a more secure place unaided. Very disappointed with the service.”
