“Negative Equity represented us when we found ourselves in significant financial problems. With a number of buy-to-let properties that were in negative equity and costing us each month we were facing potential bankruptcy, until Negative Equity took on our case and negotiated a settlement with our lender. It was such a relief to have a team of people on our side who were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and who achieved a settlement we could only dream of. Thanks to them we can now look forward to the future with confidence knowing we can provide for ourselves and our children.”

“The team at Negative Equity NI have helped us more than we can ever express. We had a buy to let portfolio that was in huge negative equity and not performing on a monthly basis either so that it was a constant drain on our finances with no prospect of improvement. The team helped and advised us and were able to negotiate on our behalf a mutually agreeable solution to return the properties to lenders and satisfy the shortfall with a lump sum. What they did for us was amazing and means more than we can ever express. The burden has been removed and the problem solved. Thank you!!”

“would like to thank all at N.E. UK especially Heather who was so professional in her roll ,she dealt with us and our case so well im sure at times this was not easy ,we had a negative equity on a property of £63.661.98 Heather negotiated a settlement of £8.000 . great result for us after 9 years of worry paying a mortgage we would never in our life time have paid off thank you all so much . “We had another baby a couple of years ago and we were struggling with our mortgage. Bills seemed to keep coming and we couldn't buy somewhere more suitable because the value of our house had decreased so much from the mad price that we bought it at. We found negative equity on Facebook and after our first appointment, they guys in the office took care of everything! We're now renting a property that suits us and we even have some extra money to save at the end of the month now!”
