“NCASS is the ultimate go to for all food traders, and those who work in catering/hospitality. I have been a member for a couple of years, and I can safely say that every single time I have spoken with them, their level of customer service has been outstanding. You never feel like you’re bothering them - they are always happy to help. The best and most consistent customer service I have ever experienced.”

“In another life I spent months generating, reviewing and updating Risk assessments...it's a chore. NCASS RA system is unparalleled with anything I've seen in this industry or others. Simplicity itself. On top of that, they have a great team that are incredibly helpful. If you're starting a food business, do yourself a favour and let NCASS take some of the headache away. They have always provided me with excellent support and advice, carried out research on my behalf on specific issues I have asked them about, provided robust and thorough systems to work with that have been essential to my business. You can tell there is an excellent culture within the company as this is reflected in the interactions you have with whoever picks up the phone, which is always positive, helpful and knowledgable.”
