“We can not recommended NCASS enough. The work opportunities are endless, although we haven't been able to commit to any of the dates available (Due to Booked work) we will be looking to Expand into 2017 ,with the idea of Building another Team to our already Expanding workload. Anybody ,already or thinking of starting up in this sector, should not hesitate in the slightest of joining this great Organisation to Benefit ,from many many ,work offers ,Insurance, products etc.”

“NCASS takes the guesswork out of building a catering business. User-friendly and pleasant- to -use website guides us through the many stages of compliance that must be negotiated before any work can be done and offers every possible advice and training before following through with work opportunities, on-going mentorship and a wide variety of opportunities for further education. I cannot rate them highly enough or thank them enough for making what seemed a truly daunting endeavour into one of the most positive experiences imaginable.”

“I joined NCASS on the recommendation of a friend. I had just started getting big catering jobs and I needed all my ducks in a row. The essential paper work I needed was daunting but the team at NCASS helped me with everything and it was all done in no time. Great association for anyone in the trade”

“Great document system which I never use and the booker related cashbook is brilliant! That's it. The event book is a complete waste of money. Oh and cheap certificates for my staff! Other than that.....”

“From day one almost 5 years ago up to now running a busy mobile catering company being a member of NCASS has proven time and time again to be invaluable. The reassurance of being a member and having all of your insurances, health and safety, due diligence, event alerts, certification reminders, training courses, help and advice at the end of the phone.. etc,etc they make it easy… priceless! Invaluable, reassurance, priceless…NCASS save you time and give you peace of mind and therefore save you money. “As an event caterer, NCASS is the most professional and helpful organisation to join. The annual fee is worth every penny just for all the professional documentation provided by them. If you spend at Bookers, you will get cash back too. I received almost £100 this year! Lots of info and always responsive to queries. Very efficient service.”

“NCASS have been and continue to be a backbone for my company. When I first started out I wouldn't have had a clue where to start with insurance, health & safety and all the paperwork you have to have in place before trading. They are always there to help!”

“Joining NCASS was one of the best things we ever did. The support and training has been huge - in particular enabling us to make sure all our staff have their Food Hygiene certificates. Not to mention the Due Diligence manual and support that we believe helped us to a Food Hygiene rating of 5. More than that however we've benefited from the NCASS/Booker cashback scheme, and had good publicity as part of the #CatererMotivator email series. We're just about to speak to Giles Insurance about our renewal too. But most of all it's having a friendly advisor on the other end of the phone that we find so reassuring and helpful. Our membership is worth every penny!”

“Having joined NCASS since 2015 has helped me so much i have got so much information on setting up my Food van the great staff help sourcing the gas engineer was great . recieved loads of advise which was not available form other sources was the biggest help i had. built my own food van and got 5 star rating .the dos and not to do advise is very valuable and its great they put you in the right direction for sucess i am proud to be a NCASS member . SPICY FUSION GRILL.”

“I find the folder with everything in very useful, the risk assessment etc save so much worry and time. I probably don't use every thing that is available to me as a member at the moment. I have also insured through NCASS this year and the price was competitive.”
