Amazing customer service. Lydia Brown was extremely patient with me, answered all my questions, very informative, very welcoming and soft spoken, very easy to talk too. It's hard to find that any where. i suggest you promote her. Thank you.

NCASS have been and continue to be a backbone for my company. When I first started out I wouldn't have had a clue where to start with insurance, health & safety and all the paperwork you have to have in place before trading. They are always there to help!

Joining NCASS was one of the best things we ever did. The support and training has been huge - in particular enabling us to make sure all our staff have their Food Hygiene certificates. Not to mention the Due Diligence manual and support that we believe helped us to a Food Hygiene rating of 5. More than that however we've benefited from the NCASS/Booker cashback scheme, and had good publicity as part of the #CatererMotivator email series. We're just about to speak to Giles Insurance about our renewal too. But most of all it's having a friendly advisor on the other end of the phone that we find so reassuring and helpful. Our membership is worth every penny!

Having joined NCASS since 2015 has helped me so much i have got so much information on setting up my Food van the great staff help sourcing the gas engineer was great . recieved loads of advise which was not available form other sources was the biggest help i had. built my own food van and got 5 star rating .the dos and not to do advise is very valuable and its great they put you in the right direction for sucess i am proud to be a NCASS member . SPICY FUSION GRILL.

I find the folder with everything in very useful, the risk assessment etc save so much worry and time. I probably don't use every thing that is available to me as a member at the moment. I have also insured through NCASS this year and the price was competitive.

NCASS are a very helpful team willing to listen and converse on all my questions and worries. Ncass training courses are taken up every year by new staff. All aspects of the industry are covered and their advice is very helpful.

Being a member of NCASS gives you peace of mind that all the relevant paperwork and record keeping you need for the units is up to date and it looks professional for organisers and Health inspectors to check. The insurance cover is also very good and the web site is helpful for keeping in touch and showing your units to the public or other traders. I have reccommended new traders to join in the past. Keep up the good work.

As being a member of NCASS peace of mind knowing that when you get a visit from the EHO your book keeping etc will help you to get a 5 star rating, also I was amazed that when I had a LPG test the document he needed was also there, much to his amazement, Online certificates, are also a bonus at no charge, it is a no brainer join now for great savings and peace of mind
