“Having NCASS getting all mu paperwork done gave me the time to concentrate on starting my business without thinking if I've covered all the due diligence, risk assessments etc. Also helped me to find the right insurer for my business. We grew from 1 to 3 units within only 11 months and all paper work was done for us.”

“Whole system needs updating and digitising to make it more sustainable and user friendly. It could be replaced by apps or an online system that could be accessible to all staff members to enter fridge temps / delivery info etc etc.”

“Joining NCASS every year is a cost I have to consider carefully as a small business. However the reassurance it gives me to make sure I have all the regulatory requirements and good systems in place is worth every penny. It's a reminder to review everything annually, it's provides clear instructions and tracking of health and safety requirements, it's convenient training for my staff and the saving in discounts at places like Bookers almost offsets the cost of membership”
