Only trading three months a year. it is a an expensive but vital cost to my business. Giving peace of mind that all aspects of the required HACCP documentation is being looked after by a very professional organisation with excellent communication skills, knowledge and support. Always willing to help and the staff showing energy and enthusiasm. Now in my 7th year. The rewards get better and better. Top business 👍

Great service and invaluable assistance for running an independent catering company. From advice to discounts to administration, NCASS is there whenever you need help. Their friendly team really care about the industry and inspire everyone. Would be lost without them!

We have been NCASS members for 9 years now. The support and advice has been invaluable and i am not sure we could have navigated all the compliance and legal side of being a mobile caterer without them.

Without the support of NCASS and their Due Diligence system life would be much more complicated. Their helpline is always there for us - staffed by friendly and knowledgable people who have the answers at their fingertips (or can find out and call us back). With the great discounts at Bookers and elsewhere, the food hygiene and other training plus the regular email updates this subscription pays for itself and more - would highly recommend.

My membership always renews at the end of our season. ..which I explained in a couple of emails now but nobody wants to know .I explained the only perk we get these days is #100 makeo voucher that is run out when he come to use it due to it only lasting 6 months and us only operating for about 4 months of the year due to full time job commitments . I asked someone to phone me but nothing

NCASS make running a food business so much easier. It's great to know I always have someone on the end of the phone to help with any queries I have and they makes all of the paperwork so much easier to deal with.
