“NCASS is the most supportive and positive organisation I've ever been involved with. The team genuinely know their way around pretty much anything to do with mobile catering and even when I've thought it was a long shot, they always know the answer. Penny on NCASS equipment supported us so well while we were getting set up, we're not sure how we'd have managed without her! Who ever you speak to on the phone is always friendly and happy which makes us feel like we're never being a nuisance.”

“The staff are always polite and very helpful when contacting me or if i need to call with any questions. The folder they send out is AMAZING and so helpful it worth every penny of the membership fee. I have personally recommended NCASS to a number of people. KEEP UP the good work .”

“NCASS has been such a support, we've just started a new business and they've been invaluable. It feels like they hold your hand every step of the way, all the help with documentation, online training, handy hints and tips, plus every time I call them they are so helpful and answer every daft question I may have! I definitely wouldn't have got my 5* rating without them!”
