If you're looking to start a business in the food industry - one of the first steps is get NCASS straight on board to hold your hand. Once you're upend running they will be on the end of the phone for any help or changes made. SUPER fast and efficient and always SUPER friendly. Totally recommended and worth every damn penny.

So much help with training, advice, work opportunities and telephone assistance I don't know how any mobile caterer can manage without being a member. I would recommend anybody in the trade to become a part of NCASS

since being a NCASS member everything they have done has made things easier , all the forms and risk assesments are a god send especially when dealing with the various EHO'S ...... soon as you get the file out they know you are doing what you should when they see its a working document. the online training is brilliant great when you have several members of staff to train and can be done at tehre own pace to get a proper understanding. i wouldnt be without NCASS at my side as you just never know..

I have been a member now for quite some time, Im not much of a paper work person and with all NCASS help I feel legally happy trading in todays society where theres a blame some one might claim, its good that I can recommend NCASS as a good governing body in the catering trade to new traders who might be looking for trading help and good recommend insurances . NCASS keep up the good work Andy Isaac Hog roasts & outside catering

I'm member since 2013. Not to long, but I'm really impress and proud to be a member of NCASS. This company have a huge care and support for all members which is very important to all traders. With the proud I can recommend to everyone NCASS.

Clients like to work with companies who are affiliated in some way with organisations that help to monitor and keep us on track and up to speed with legislation etc. Being a member of NCASS is a plus for us helps keep us ahead of the game and to be the best we can be.

Every thing from the first point of contact was amazing, very friendly over the phone. professional but fun at the same time, it wasn't all about business, they actually took a care in what i was doing and was pointing me in the right directions. and we share a love for the same childhood film (bugsy malone) 5 stars on the service i received

Mike is a great company rep, he provided me with great information as well as help to get me started with my membership. Mike's customer service skills are phenomenal, also he is very professional and was attentive to my bespoke needs. Mike should be view at as the poster child for customer care and service.

Hello, I have recently been in contact with two agents at NCASS. (09/01/16) 2:33pm. Having worked with the United States Air Force in the past, I have come to appreciate efficiency and excellent customer service. Ref: Employees Mike Grewal, and Penny Stubbs both demonstrated this. Mike patiently and cheerfully assisted me with answering all my membership questions. Penny went above and beyond to find the right fit for my company's equipment needs. My business is unique in that there was no immediate answer found. Impressively, she not only found a product that was both cost effective and safe, but also kept the lines of communication open offering further assistance with NCASS.
