“Excellent customer service, always ready to help, called a few times for advice and the staff are very professional, courteous and genuinely care and willing to help my new restaurant. “The due diligence system is worth the money alone. Also they advertise current opportunities but the apply online system seem to be a little flakey and I would suggest applying directly to the person instead. the elearning is poor quality.”

“A well run, professional and friendly organisation to deal with. I have been a member for 4 years. They keep your file up to date, legal and safe when trading thus allowing me to concentrate on providing our full range of Really Awesome Coffee to my customers and excite my customers. I find that when I see another mobile catering unit that is NCASS registered, they also adhere to high standards and this attracts more custom.
