“A well run, professional and friendly organisation to deal with. I have been a member for 4 years. They keep your file up to date, legal and safe when trading thus allowing me to concentrate on providing our full range of Really Awesome Coffee to my customers and excite my customers. I find that when I see another mobile catering unit that is NCASS registered, they also adhere to high standards and this attracts more custom. “I joined as a friend recommended NCASS for the resources and risk assessments. I found the support to be lacking, a huge folder sent without explanation of follow-up call, until I complained. No explanation of how the events directory worked, resulting in missing application deadlines and work opps. All in all its been an expensive mistake to join NCASS, as I've gained little, risk assessments and food hygiene info is available online from other sources. I would not recommend joining due to the expense.”

“The EHO like the whole process. It actually makes things easier and the red tape less. We have put our staff through the online training courses which gives them a feel good factor and gives the business a great reputation.”

“A very well run organisation that has given us confidence in starting our food business. Without their help, we would have been lost in what to do with regards to many aspects of the business, from risk assessments to choosing the right pitch. We also see a lot of other NCASS members at events, and it's great to know we are part of a larger support network.”
