“Tom Patrick was very helpful in renewing my membership. His customer service was excellent both on the phone and via email. He ensured that I had all the information I needed before making a decision to renew my membership and did not pressure/push me to renew my membership but was understanding of our situation and patient as we made a decision. When I did confirm that I wanted to set up a membership, the process was extremely quick.”

“Extremely good for keeping your health and safety training certificates and staff training paper work in order, extremely contactable, always willing to listen and try and help. However, not always able to give good advice that can be patronising and costly. Overall I’d say the fee was worth the paper work and due diligence so I have signed up for year 2 but that is as far as they can help from my experience.”

“We have found NCASS membership to be invaluable. As newbie festival traders the tailor made risk assessments have made EHO inspections a formality and the staff training/certification is simple and straight forward. If you're new to the industry or if paperwork isn't your thing NCASS are the way forward.”

“I was unsure about joining NCASS at first , but it was 1 of the best decisions that I made. NCASS is recognised throughout the street food community and so this means that this adds to my credibility. The resources are great as well as the opening for tradings. The help and support is great and response to emails is swift and helpful. I would recommend that anyone thinking of getting in to Food trading joins NCASS”

NCASS helps me ensure I’m up to date and on top of all legislation and industry changes I find the website slightly hard to navigate and not particularly intuitive but it does contain everything you need. But the one person who did change my mind was Ed who was dealing and helping me with my membership. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t of re joined. “I can't fault NCASS. As a new business, it's fair to say that finding our feet was daunting. And while we're still in the learning process and espect to be for a while longer, we are delighted to have the support of such a great team at our fingertips. Just making sure all the paperwork is in order has made life so much easier with NCASS. I've also completed several courses to make my business compliant. Both the courses and the membership are affordable and come highly recommended to anyone starting out. No more surfing the net for answers off joe bloggs. It's all right there, up to date, and reliable. I would recommend NCASS to anyone but especially those just starting out. This is our second year with them. No regrets! 👍👍👍👍👍”
