“I was unsure about joining NCASS at first , but it was 1 of the best decisions that I made. NCASS is recognised throughout the street food community and so this means that this adds to my credibility. The resources are great as well as the opening for tradings. The help and support is great and response to emails is swift and helpful. I would recommend that anyone thinking of getting in to Food trading joins NCASS”

“Penny has helped us a lot with queries regarding equipment. The on-line training is clear and the certificates are issued promptly. The yearly updated folder saves us so much time and we know we are compliant. Thank you NCASS.”

“The documentation is thorough and an excellent standard. NCASS helps me ensure I’m up to date and on top of all legislation and industry changes I find the website slightly hard to navigate and not particularly intuitive but it does contain everything you need. The staff are super helpful and patient.”

“This will be my second year of trading,wasn’t sure I was going to renew my membership. As you are always looking to save money in places. But the one person who did change my mind was Ed who was dealing and helping me with my membership. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t of re joined. I’m hoping that he will be on hand to help with any queries and to grow my business in a way I can’t from NCASS membership.”

“I can't fault NCASS. As a new business, it's fair to say that finding our feet was daunting. And while we're still in the learning process and espect to be for a while longer, we are delighted to have the support of such a great team at our fingertips. Just making sure all the paperwork is in order has made life so much easier with NCASS. I've also completed several courses to make my business compliant. Both the courses and the membership are affordable and come highly recommended to anyone starting out. No more surfing the net for answers off joe bloggs. It's all right there, up to date, and reliable. I would recommend NCASS to anyone but especially those just starting out. This is our second year with them. No regrets! 👍👍👍👍👍”

“NCASS gives peace of mind that I’m operating a fully compliant unit and ensures I’m legally upto date with trading documents and forms. They offer advice on a whole number of industry related news and provide a platform from which to promote my business. In short, NCASS are like a safety net and seal of approval all in one and their name carries weight in the catering industry. Furthermore, they promote trusted and legitimate companies operating within the industry, associated with all things I might need in growing my business, across the board. I’ve always found my personal mentor most helpful and kind with realistic advice tailored to my business. I wouldn’t not be a member.”

“The practical and ongoing support that NCASS give my business saves me time, money and stress on many levels. As a small start-up company now in it's 8th year of trading, Idelica wouldn't have quite the level of professionalism it has today if it hadn't been for the benchmarks they provide to advise and inspire catering businesses to achieve more.”
