I'm a one man band cooking and serving hot food from a converted horse trailer. I've been an NCASS member since I started up seven years ago. NCASS has provided me with one stop shopping for all my due dilegence paper work, training and legal advice. On first glance membership is not cheap but I think it is good value, I would have struggled to find all these resources so easy to access in one place at a lower cost. I have found that the revised Full Safety Management System has become a bit 'bloated' for a small sole trader like myself so I pick out and tweak the bits of the binder supplied to members that I think are most relevant to my curcumstance. Still much easier and quicker than starting from scratch with a blank piece of paper.

The website is a pain to navigate i wanted to work out whether standard or premium membership was right for us but could not find the undiscounted price for certain trainings

We have been members of NCASS for a year. Every single time I have spoken with them over the telephone, I have found the agents to be friendly, kind, supportive and extremely helpful. Nothing is ever too much for them. Recently I had the pleasure of liasing with Amber, who has dealt efficiently with my renewal and upgrade. Again, I have received first class service. It is always a pleasure to speak to everyone/anyone at NCASS. They are a really great bunch of people!
