NCASS have been absolutely invaluable in terms of organising our business! They provide a comprehensive folder of everything you would need to gain 5 stars in an EHO inspection as well as an online service that makes keeping all your documentation up to date and relevant a breeze!

I am with ncass because I like the booker rewards. I use the government food safety management system and not ncass’s, in 15 years of mobile catering I have never been asked by an EHO or any show organiser if I am a member of Ncass, yet ncass make it sound like it’s a legal requirement to be a member. I am self employed, have young children and the amount of phone calls/emails from ncass I receive is ridiculous. I have recently been abroad and was getting 3 calls a day because my membership was going to expire in a few weeks, I really do not like being pestered.

We really value our membership with NCASS. The easy creation of Risk Assessments is a huge benefit to us, as are the regular industry updates and legislation alerts. What we REALLY love is how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable the team are! Everyone we speak to over the phone sounds happy and the team genuinely seem to care about customers. The NCASS Team are exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Membership covers everything we have ever needed regarding EHO requirements and also offers work opportunities. We have been members of NCASS for nearly 20 years, which speaks for itself.

I have been a member for a very long time and have made full use of the services provided. The training courses and certificates are excellent and very good value. The documents are extremely easy to formulate using the NCASS website and you can save so much time and energy by sending all your relevant documentation to event organisers via NCASS. The team are very helpful and the legal helpline is also very good. I highly recommend NCASS to anyone considering catering as a business.

Tom Patrick was very helpful in renewing my membership. His customer service was excellent both on the phone and via email. He ensured that I had all the information I needed before making a decision to renew my membership and did not pressure/push me to renew my membership but was understanding of our situation and patient as we made a decision. When I did confirm that I wanted to set up a membership, the process was extremely quick.

Extremely good for keeping your health and safety training certificates and staff training paper work in order, extremely contactable, always willing to listen and try and help. However, not always able to give good advice that can be patronising and costly. Overall I’d say the fee was worth the paper work and due diligence so I have signed up for year 2 but that is as far as they can help from my experience.

Got back to me after a few phone calls I said to Ncass can I leave it for a couple of weeks to renew it and they were willing to wait they phoned me back on the day they said they were going to thank you very much for your help

We have found NCASS membership to be invaluable. As newbie festival traders the tailor made risk assessments have made EHO inspections a formality and the staff training/certification is simple and straight forward. If you're new to the industry or if paperwork isn't your thing NCASS are the way forward.
