“Edward from NCASS left a message for me saying that they hadn't got any records for me and to call them if I needed help (I was procrastinating and didn't even know where to begin) if it weren't for that courtesy call I wouldn't have called and spoke to the lovely Mike who patiently took me through the whole process of getting me started in the mobile catering world. “Incredible advice and service overall. Membership gets better and better, it's like a treasure chest of goodies. Deals with various suppliers save me a lot of cash and the white folder always gets a good response from organisers and health officers. The big savings on training mean I can put a lot of staff through at minimal cost and getting £150 level 3 courses for £15 is amazing.”
