“I have 3 Catering Companies all 0f which are Members of NCASS. Each time I have called to seek information or advice on Catering maters whoever I speak to has always been very helpful and never rushed to get me off of the phone once I became a member. I pride myself on Customer Service and expect the same from others and the continued quality of service i receive from NCASS is second to none. One thing I would advise anyone in Catering is that if you are not already a member of NCASS and shop at bookers regularly you would be Mad not to join as my 3% Cash Back twice a year is often 3 Times what my annual NCASS Membership is! My opinion an outstanding organisation and I can tell you I don't say that about many in todays world.”
