“It was invaluable when starting our business and we would honestly advice everyone to join. It really helped when we had our local environment inspection and I think being members of NCASS got us at least half way to our level 5 hygiene rating. There is so much more to starting a street food business then just having a great concept and a half decent menu and NCASS really does help to guide you through it, especially the health and safety aspects.”

“The Due Diligence folder is absolutely brilliant. Having all the documents in one place that external organisations can see is really helpful and the extensive risk assessments and policy documents mean that we have everything that we need in place and nothing gets missed or overlooked. Last year we made use of the legal services provided and got excellent help with HR issues such as Statutory Sick Pay.”
