i feel some of the questions were very 50/50 and feel a test after each module would be useful not just one long test at the end

I'm dyselxic and discalculate. My text to speach programme did not work on this portal so a list of which programmes will and a free link would be useful. Otherwise it was clear and comprehendable,

The section on minimum wage is outdated and the end multiple choice question is confusing as that is no longer an accurate representation of minimum wage

you have false questions. one in regards to pathogens, the symtoms listed were the exact symptoms for 2 of the 4 awnsers, but only one of them was the correct awnser. so this means that instead of relying on knowlege to get the correct awnser, your relying on a 50-50 chance. the second, in regards to the question about food agencys there were 3 correct awnsers but the test only accept 2, again refer to the earler 50-50 chance as it is more like a 33% chance you get the right combonation. These tests should require you to rely on knowlege and not luck. your the government, you should do better. but alas, you cannot.

I disagree with a few of my incorrect answers... An example is the question about; how many people on average die each year from carbon monoxide? I answered 14 and it said I was wrong but this is stated on your training slide 3 of 15 Please advise

I believe the content is good, although as someone new to the business, I wouldn't be able to judge it. But the the way the content is presented is poor compared to standard online learning platforms such as Coursera, Udemy, SkillShare, or LinkedIn Learn (former Linda.com). A few observations that might help NCASS team improve the learning process. >Every content is presented as text to read. Mixture of videos, text, quiz and other formats might help. >Within a chapter, there is no way to save your progress. That means, if you are up to 10 out of 20 slides of Chapter 2 and you have to go away for a couple of hours, you are going to have to start from slide 1 when you come back. >Related to above, wthin a chapter, you don't see your progress indicator anywhere. You only see the % figure move up once you complete a whole chapter. Having more frequent progress indicator might help keep the learner motivated.

Comprehensive, but very slow and traditional. Does not suit all learning styles.

Have tried on multiple devises and found there to be no sound, this would be more benificial to make course more interesting and more importantly to help remember.

Some of the questions can also have more than one other answer, it’s difficult when you are like me dyslexic, reading other things into it .

Due to the number of modules in this training, I feel it would benefit if there were tests after each module's end as it's a lot to take in.

The trading has a good level of detail but is not engaging, it would benefit from the use of a variety of methods to keep the trainee interested such as videos, animations, quizzes etc These would enhance the learning objectives and make for a more enjoyable experience.

Some questions are not entirely clear and correct answers are marked as incorrect. Some work is required to rectify your exam questions.

The MC questions on my recent course were quite basic. Q1, Q14,Q19,Q20 in particular. I felt like the course for HACCP was a more basic version of the level 3 FS course. The delay on some of the slides was too long. It didn’t need to be 8 modules.

As I am not a native English speaker I need precise and clear sentences to understand. However the sentences in the course are long and lengthy which is difficult for me to understand. What I expected to have the clear and precise English is better and more easy to me of studying. Thanks you for your patience and understanding of my options.
