“At points in the training you are asked questions on a matter that you have not been trained about. I can't recall being told how to put someone into the Recovery Position. Overall, it was helpful at a foundational level. It has encouraged me to want to undertake a full 1st aid training course as soon as possible”

“Very clear and I would say essential for everyone to have especially if you are just starting out with a new food trailer business - I wish I had done it earlier. Straight to the point/succinct/straight forward. Informative as well as giving advice on practical matters. A good course to ensure that you have all the necessary tools, signs and equipment. The fire extinguisher section is also an added bonus (for information)”

“With hindsight I see that for newbies like me, NCASS training is essential and invaluable. A thorough, quite comprehensive map through a complex regulations minefield in an easy, readily understandable way. Inspiring support from friendly professionals like Becky at HQ is greatly appreciated too. Thank you NCASS.”

“The course is thorough but lengthy and unless you brush up on the first few modules, you may well have forgotten what they were when you take the test. I used firefox as a browser and it worked ok but I kept getting a notification that this browser would not work and sometimes it crashed fully or it lost sound, in both cases I closed the browser and started again (modules that is).”
