It was really well presented, easy to study and good guidance throughout the training. Would definitely recommend.

Even though I've rated the actual training sessions highly I would like to add that actually getting set up is extremely confusing.

Training is complete but narration is too slow. Sometimes slides get stuck as well but what is very annoing is that when you click on the stuck botton, very often brings you back to the first slide of the chapter...and happens really frequently!!Everything else is fine.

Easy access, good login system for trainees. In depth content, easy to use system for working though modules. Was some variation on speed of delivery when certificates were posted. Overall great system.

Very easy to use, clear guidance and integrated test were helpful to give you an idea of what the test at the end would be like.

Overall the courses I have done are well put together and straight forward to use. I found the narration frustratingly slow, I understand this is a City & Guilds requirement, but surely it could be sped up slightly. Also a little glitchy on the iPad, which needs to be improved as not many people have time to sit at a computer for hours, whereas being able to pick up the iPad for half an hour here and there is far easier. A useful tool with room for improvement.

Overall very well put together courses and extremely straight forward to use and learn the relevant information. The only thing I found frustrating was the very slow narration and not being able to go to the next slide until she had finished speaking. I also found in a few of the courses that they were unnecessarily repetitive. But overall for training staff fantastic!

The course is well put together and is clearly aimed at teaching the student and testing their knowledge, rather than just getting people passed in hygiene as seems to be the case with others

This course gave me a thorough and in depth knowledge in a variety of subjects which are invaluable to me as the owner of a new coffee shop. Parts of the course I found particularly interesting and informative included licensing, food poising, pest control and legislation.

The fact that I have to listen to painfully slow narration before I can move on to the next slide is a MASSIVE waste of time. Why is there no option to turn it off? If someone can read it faster than the narration and still effectively learn the material, then why should they be forced to listen? At least 50% of the time I took completing this course was a unnecessary waste of time and I was unbelievably bored. I will not be recommending this course to anyone in its current format.

Hi Gareth, Sorry to have seen that you've given NCASS Training a 1 star rating because of the narration provided on the course. Unfortunately this is a requirement from City and Guilds who are just one of the three awarding bodies for all our courses. They say that we need narration as this ensures that you will (as a trainee) work through the material learning as you go and won't just skip forward each slide without actually learning. We want to prevent trainee's from skipping straight to the test and pass by pure coincidence. I hope you understand that we have no control over this and having City & Guilds on your certificate is worth the extra time to listen to our narration lady. If you now feel that a 1 star rating for the course on the whole, after I've explained the above, are a little unjust then we would love to see your review stars change. If not then I am sorry you still feel this way but were pleased with the content information overall. Regards, James
