“The modules are unambiguous and easy to understand. If I do have a criticism, it is the fact that when you do get a question wrong on the final tests, you do not find out, and I presume you cannot find out, where you made your mistake.”

“Hi, Unfortunately this covid training course is so out of date to be misleading. It refers to the social distance, self isolation period of 10 days and access to PCR testing. I have since spoken to a member of staff who advised that there are now no legal requirements and basically it is up to each business to decide what is 'safe'. I understand there are few guidelines but perhaps an NCASS best practice guide might be more useful at this point. We all need to balance workability with public health and staff and customer safety and I wonder whether there will be any expectations from EHO officers, perhaps it is too early to know. In the meantime I think the course needs to either be removed or come with a big rider. Thanks”

Hi, Many thanks for getting in touch yesterday and feeding back your concerns surrounding the COVID Safety Training course. The reason we haven't updated the course, as you have pointed out, is that there are no longer restrictions in place legally within the UK. Currently it is still advisable, but not a legal requirement, to make an assessment based on what you feel will keep your customers and staff safe, and there are useful tips and bits if information contained within the course based upon previous requirements. I would be more than happy to go over any other details regarding what is now expected in terms of Covid regulations so feel free to get in touch! Kind Regards, Will

“More questions during training would help learning. No info on how to put someone in recovery position. Tech issues meant system crashed after module 2 and I had to redo the whole module”
