“Information given in a clear, concise and easily understandable format. Having not studied for a while I appreciated the detail given and the repetition of important points. Thought the mini quiz idea is excellent - not only lets you know what you have learned but gives you confidence to take the actual exam. Isabel”

“Very informative, with regular changing government guidelines the information does feel slightly out of date with the government requirements. This training does ensure safety and the best practice is followed for safety of staff and customers though”

“Completed covid safety training and since being assigned the training covid guidelines have changed within the workplace so some of the answers are slightly incorrect. Additionally, there were a few typos which I wasn’t expecting. Overall very easy to navigate and good to have”

“The modules are unambiguous and easy to understand. If I do have a criticism, it is the fact that when you do get a question wrong on the final tests, you do not find out, and I presume you cannot find out, where you made your mistake.”
