“The training was clear and detailed, but I would prefer to be able to go to the next slide whenever I want, instead of waiting for the 'Continue' button to appear. In addition, I was de-logged several times during the training and often nearly at the end of a module, and when I re-logged, I usually had to go through the same module again, so I lost a lot of time.”

“The materials covered acts as an enabler, to serve safe food, in the nations restaurants. My only concern regarding the training, is that, there is a certain degree of tedious element through redundancy of wordings from module to module.”
