“It was quite straight forward however there were some questions which needed spelling and grammar checks making answers difficult to answer or understand”

“well what can i say, its been a long time since i was in a classroom and was quite nervous about doing these courses ,but found them really easy to understand and very informative. There was lots of bullet points that made it really easy to remember key facts . look forward to doing more .”

“made me more aware of what i have to be dilegent about when handling food and keeping premises up to standard. Once glich in your system. The end of module tests have to be looked into as a few questions in module 7 and 8 did not allow me to give an answer therefore i did not get answer correct. But overall it was an easy to follow tutorial and the test questions were not tricky. Thank you.”

“The photo's really let the training down. The pictures were very old fashioned & stereotypical. Also there was a picture of a hand with long finger nails which contradicts the actual training!”

“Some quiz questions and exam questions misleading and ambiguous. The way some of the questions were presented, felt more like an English exam rather than straight to the point. Some was misleading and I can imagine there would find it a bit confusing. Rephrase questions / answers would be beneficial”
