“It was useful to be able to complete in my own time, however I was logged out several times and lost my position in the module I was studying”

“good course, very useful and educational, however it is not possible to go back and see the correct answers on al of the questions as the system does not allow that. In future would be a good idea to do so. Thanx anyway. Enjoyed the course anyway :)”

“I thought the training was very thorough however it was very repatative. When carrying out the training I was not able to listen to it so I had to sit and wait for each slide to load which slowed the process down.”

“Happy when it was over! Found it rather long even though you could take breaks between the modules. One of the practice tests drop down box didn't drop down so impossible to get the correct answer. Useful knowledge though for those in the catering trade. =:O)”

Hi there, It is a long course and isn't the most amazing subject but is essential for caterers so that they can operate safely and carry out safe practice for when selling to the general public. Appreciate your feedback and glad that you found the information useful for your future operation. Can you recall which section didn't give you the drop down option? Hi Jan, Thank you for the review and comments on our online training course. I'm sorry to hear that you encountered some issues with the logging out function (the system shouldn't just log you out midway through a module without you clicking the logout button, unless your web browser expires your session because of no activity). If you are taking further courses with us and it happens again - please do call in as we can amend what screen you are viewing so that it represents the correct page without you having to re-take the same module time and time again.
