“Whilst the training is good ..it is slow to move from one slide to another when one can read fast or when one is redoing the training after expiry of existing level 2 training. Would be good to be able to undertake the exam directly rather than forcing to go through slides.”

“This course is terrible. It is poorly written, with multiple instances of missing words and errors. The modules are poorly structured, without any clear division of the information. Visually it is outdated by about twenty years and the monotony and pace of moving through the slides without any option to skip when you're ready is torturous. The detail and guidance is vague in a lot of places, as if whoever wrote it did it in a hurry. It has the feeling of being written by a high school student and I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone.”

“Some questions are incredibly misleading and multiple questions have answers that could be correct. You should review these questions again.”

“Some of the questions can also have more than one other answer, it’s difficult when you are like me dyslexic, reading other things into it .”
