The materials covered acts as an enabler, to serve safe food, in the nations restaurants. My only concern regarding the training, is that, there is a certain degree of tedious element through redundancy of wordings from module to module.

Clear slides and good voice over. Some of the recaps seemed to contain new information. Some of the questions were ambiguous.

Information was thorough, well articulated and explained. However, the overall quality was let down by some fairly significant and regular typo and grammatical errors. This does not reflect well on the course.

Thought that the training could be either shorter or customised to the style of work that I wish to complete. It was also quite boring. I had to redo one of the modules twice because the site kept crashing. I didn't like that I had to air for the voiceover to stop in order to progress. The questions st the end are much harder than the ones throughout- maybe make the early ones harder in preparation for the end.

It had a sturdy, easy to use interface, with little No section to ask what made me unhappy? Occasionally poorly-thought out or badly-designed Q&As on the exam stage, including several answers such as: "Question? o All of the above. o Option A o Option B o Option C" Still, very good. Thanks.

Provided useful information for the work place . However there were a few glitches when taking the test that meant I accidentally submitted incorrect answers .

This training was fairly good and accreditation such that it seems reputable. Unfortunately, the voice over lady made quite a significant number of mistakes, there were spelling errors, two of the questions in the training materials didn't work properly and one of the questions in the final test had 2 answers the same, only one of which counted as correct. The issues above really need sorting out! However..... this is still pretty good compared to many other online training providers so I would consider using NCAA's again.

The training was comprehensive, however, it moved at a very frustrating pace. Not being allowed to skip a page until the voice had read the information was annoying, I could have completed the training in half the time by reading everything at my own pace. I found it difficult to focus as it was taking such a long time.

Learned a lot, enjoyed that the slides were read out; helped to embed the information. Disliked: many images of animal body parts which I found distasteful. I understand that it's important to learn about food safety/standards of meat and dairy even if it's not something I will serve once qualified, but I didn't enjoy seeing a skinned pig with it's legs chopped off hanging from a hook; nor the many slides showing steak! Also noticed many grammatical errors and typos which wouldn't bother me, but it made parts of the course difficult to understand.

The NCASS Fire Extinguisher Essentials course had multiple spelling errors on nearly every other slide. One of the questions in the final test was not mentioned in the slides. Also the audio continued without pressing continue to the next slide.

It was quite straight forward however there were some questions which needed spelling and grammar checks making answers difficult to answer or understand

Some quiz questions and exam questions misleading and ambiguous. The way some of the questions were presented, felt more like an English exam rather than straight to the point. Some was misleading and I can imagine there would find it a bit confusing. Rephrase questions / answers would be beneficial
