“The quality of the training and delivery was excellent...much more interesting than the first time I took the immediate course years ago. The only really annoying thing was when you are at the start of a module, then walked away to do something else for a short period of time, like take a break, and came back to continue. Instead of the system telling you that you logged out immediately, it waits until you complete the whole module and go to proceed to the next module, before telling you that you need to log in. When you do log in, it makes you start at the beginning of the previous module again and there is no way to avoid this because you have to complete all modules to proceed.”

“The structure and layout of the application/training are very clear and precise. Slowly and clear pronunciation from the speaker which helps for anyone doing the course who may not have English as their first language. Engaging material and detailed on all the basics. The only thing I would like to have extra possibly is to have an option for the user to skip or go to the next slide without having to wait for the voice to completely finish the reading before being allowed to move forward.”

“Very thorough course, however with the test it does not allow you to change your answer if you need to which is annoying and also does not allow you to see the correct answers to questions you get wrong after the test completion.”

“Sometimes the pages wouldn’t work and also the log in was a bit funny. Also some of the multiple choice answers were hard to live up on the screen. Overall was fairly easy to use.”

“Thorough and comprehensive. Re visits subjects through the modules to embed learning effectively. Training is long but covers all aspects of food safety and law and can be done in sections taken at your own pace.”
