Boring boring boring. Thow in some situational training and then you'd be up there!

although comprehensive, the slow talking woman is one if the most irritating things about it

It's a slow process and need to have a bit more speed for those who read faster

The training itself is great, but the website is completly awful. All the time gets stuck between modules and need to re-read modules constantly becsuse it won't load further. The training that is given is great, but overall I am unhappy with the website. On a 3 hours training it takes extra 30minutes to get this done.

I found the information to be relevant and helpful, but unfortunately in every section there was too much content being repeated, and presented as if it were new information. I also found information that contradicted itself (for instance one slide said food that is reheated cannot then be reheated again, and another slide further in the training course said that you could reheat it repeatedly within a certain temperature range). This makes it confusing for me as a business owner when using this as a basis for Food Safety Management Systems and Risk analysis. I also found the wording of the end of training quiz to be misleading. I would recommend a review of the content of this course as it felt a little like it was padded out, saying the same thing 3 ways in 3 separate sections with no new information. I think this is a great service that would be greatly improved with a little editing.

Course was useful but not being able to change the slide until after the voiceover had finished was annoying as I can read much quicker than she can (I'm a visual learner). Also there are a lot of spelling mistakes throughout the course. It clearly has not been proofread.

very very longgggg course, especially for those who have already completed level 2 - there is some repetition and duplication of information. Multiple times the slides got stuck and wouldn't respond even when the page refreshed etc. suggestion: give the option to skip a topic if you already know it.

To much unnecessary information. To slow.

A bit slow. Could do with being able to go through the slides for quicker readers. Also, a bit outdated. Examples used are old and it talks about the Health Protection Agency which was disbanded 6 years ago

Simple to follow and easy to understand. However there were several spelling mistakes in the exam which doesn’t really inspire confidence. Otherwise a good course to get the required qualification

The training was very frustrating as on EVERY slide I had read and understood the content and then had to wait at least 20 seconds for the continue button to appear. This meant that I could have completed the course within 2 hours and not 4 which is what it took.

Two of the slides didnt work properly - at the time, I didnt realise that these were only the slides leading up to the actual exam (so it didnt matter). One was a drop down thing where you had to select an answer (section 7 I think, about detergents, all the option drop down menus worked on that slide except one, which would not budge so I had to skip the question).

Unfortunately doesn’t take into account learning styles so does not suit everyone to learn simply from a screen

Good points: It's affordable, can be done at home and around other commitments. Bad points: Spelling errors in slides, audio didn't always match slides, in test questions didn't always make sense or seem relevant. It might be worth reviewing the training material. However, it got the job done for me and gave me lots to think about.

Most of it was pretty basic information, would have liked a little more in depth information! Noticed quite a few spelling mistakes!

Please provide an option to turn the narration off - waiting for the voice reading the text to finish before moving on was tedious and made me lose concentration so my learning was not as efficient. Otherwise, very good!
