“This is far more basic than the REHIS elementary food hygien exam I previously was required to hold. I hope this is the equivelant qualification that my employer has used.”

“Very comprehensive and time consuming. I also took on the BFSB Allegen Training at the same time, and most of the stuff was already covered in the NCASS trainig. Excellent training. I feel quite knowleadble”

“I passed the exam but I think that it would be a nice improvement to be able to repeat the exam as many times as you want until you reach the 100% correct answers. Just as a personal training tool.”
