“Very informative and comprehensive training. I especially like the fact that users can study at their own pace. it's easy to stop and then pick up exactly where you left off. Fantastic !”

“The NCASS level 1 food hygiene training in brilliant. It covers all the topics needed to complete the level 1 training in depth. The training is broken down in to four modules that are accessed via video. After going through the videos, a test of 20 questions is taken and can be taken as many times as needed. I scored 20/20 my first try and believe the training made that possible. I highly reccommend this training.”

“Too long for the screens to change. This course could be completed in a 3rd of the time. Has put me off using this source as a course provider.”
