“A lot of spelling mistakes throughout the course and through the exam. Some of the questions during the exam were difficult to understand what you were looking for.”

“Very easy to use and to understand.. instructions are straightforward and the test at the end was for 20 mins for 20 questions, I passed on my second go.. im 50 and I'm not computer literature so this was perfect for me.”

“Although very straightforward to follow and informative, some of the information was slightly outdated (e.g. there's no vaccine) - as the covid-19 situation is constantly changing I understand this but feel this course needs regular updating. I also found that during the test, one of the questions had the same answer option twice, worded slightly differently yet only one of them was correct.”

“The training is very good and enables you to do it in your own time. The only thing I could add is it would be good if it pointed it where you were wrong in the final test”

“If you don’t pass and need to read through it all again to get a pass next time you should be able to go back to the slideshow again, which you can’t. After you’ve done a test you can only redo the test or come back later.”
