“There is a lot of detailed information on this site, listen to it and take it all on board. I was refreshing an existing certificate but refreshed my knowledge by going back through my previous test. Found this really helpful.”

“Easy to follow. Good split of material between the modules making each one not too large. Couple of minor errors on slides where a word is missing at the end of a sentence - in just a few places. Also the mid-course question about accidents - I couldn't find in the slides where it tells you burns are the most frequent (albeit that's probably obvious to moist people).”

“For the questions after each module, I’d put the correct answer and they’d say I was wrong with the correct answer underneath, being the one I had already chosen. Furthermore, there were spelling errors throughout and and an overlap of answers e.g my answer fitted into to 2 criteria’s but there was only the option to put it in one. Meaning both were would be right but it was a lucky dip as to which one the question had chosen to be correct.”

Hello. We’re so sorry that you’ve had this experience with our training. From time to time we have found that some people can experience a similar situation with the quiz answers when their internet browser isn’t 100% compatible with the tech behind the interim quiz slides. The good news is that the module quizzes aren’t part of the final test so won’t affect your result and qualification. But still, we’re really sorry about this and would like to reassure you that we’re working on it (along with those embarrassing typos!) and hope to release new versions of the courses soon. “Simple to book and to start learning immediately. System worked well; but it wasn’t an easy course; which is great because now I know I have the information I needed. Lots of detail and the test was certainly that. Great course and I would recommend all day long. Thank you.”
