“The test was easy and short”

“Happy when it was over! Found it rather long even though you could take breaks between the modules. One of the practice tests drop down box didn't drop down so impossible to get the correct answer. Useful knowledge though for those in the catering trade. =:O)”

Hi there, It is a long course and isn't the most amazing subject but is essential for caterers so that they can operate safely and carry out safe practice for when selling to the general public. Appreciate your feedback and glad that you found the information useful for your future operation. Can you recall which section didn't give you the drop down option? “The training was good and useful. However, I was concerned by a number of spelling/grammatical errors which could be confusing for some people and the fact that some of the questions on the test did not seem to have been covered in the training.”

“Good visual and audio learning experience. Accompanied notes are comprehensive and great for future reference etc. Could put in a function to 'change your photo' for the certification if you select the wrong one?”
