“The area needs to be larger in order to read without having to move up and down every slide. This is monotonous and distracting. There isn't a huge amount of text and it could easily fit into one static slide at a time.”

“A good well presented course, some of the multiple choice answers are amusing and a bit daft but lots of useful info. Took me an hour only but I have done the course 3 times over the years”

“This course has been the best food safety course I've ever taken. Everything is explaining easily and the modules focus on their individually listed subjects, they don't completely bombard you with irrelevant information. Everything is straight to the point. I highly recommend!”
