“Overall the training was good, easy to follow and an easy on the ear voice over. There were a number of errors in terms of spelling, missing words and mismatches between the text and voiceover.”

“I found the training course to be well paced, informative, Interesting and enjoyable, there was no boring monotone voice from the instructor which really helps, so a "well Done" to the training team that pulled it together, if I had to say something about how can you make it better ?? I'd correct the spelling mistakes...........:) Brgds Andy”

“Please provide an option to turn the narration off - waiting for the voice reading the text to finish before moving on was tedious and made me lose concentration so my learning was not as efficient. Otherwise, very good!”

“The training itself was great - thorough and well paced for note taking. Having the option to download the material was also helpful as I'll have that available for future reference. I was disappointed in the initial lack of support when I had apparent issues completing the test despite trying two internet browsers however this was overcome when I took it over the phone with a very courteous woman.”
