“Unnecessarily long! Why can't we click through slides at our own pace? The inconsistencies in the branding/colour formation of slides (mostly white back ground with black writing with the odd black with white writing) is jarring. Course content is great and actually challenging, I wish I could give more stars but the formatting and presentation along with the constant crashing is awful and makes for a very slow and painful learning experience. Sorry...”

“This is the 5th or 6th course I have completed with NCASS over 18 years. I find the material comprehensive and relevant. Environmental Health Officers appreciate having a photo of the trainee on the certificate to verify who took the exam. Test questions could be less obtuse.”
