Completed covid safety training and since being assigned the training covid guidelines have changed within the workplace so some of the answers are slightly incorrect. Additionally, there were a few typos which I wasn’t expecting. Overall very easy to navigate and good to have

More questions during training would help learning. No info on how to put someone in recovery position. Tech issues meant system crashed after module 2 and I had to redo the whole module

I found nervous at the begin. The exam did not accept back page for checking and re-do for correction before submission. A downloadable slide (with picture) will be appreciated.

Training took far too long! Had I been able to read the slides at my own pace, rather than having to have them read out to me before I could continue, it would have taken half as long!

Content is fine a few typos but what is frustrating is having to redo a few of the modules as it freezes I clicked the top button as advised and it restarted the whole thing again 4o odd frames!

The slide keeps freezing, also when you click Next it freezes so run out of time.

Course is too demanding. Too much information. Food hygiene is common sense more than anything. More emphasis should be placed on hazard perception and less on all the big fancy scientific garbage that no one cares about. Cross contamination is pretty straight forward. So is keeping a kitchen tidy. Other than the laws and regulations i doubt ill ever make any use of anything i learnt in this course. In all honesty the only thing i gained from taking it was a headache.

Some modules were 40 plus slides, this is far too long. By the end of the module I had forgot what was on the first 20 as there is far too much information to process.

Hi, my only problem is that when I uploaded my photo I accidentally uploaded a "zip" file and there was no chance to re-upload a photo... I'm not sure what will happen now!

Basic's are ok, definitely needs an update. This course could of been half the time, found it repeated its self a lot.

Very frustrating when it logs you out mid-module and it then starts from the beginning of that module - and that you can't skip slides. Some of the module questions don't give you the correct answer if you get it wrong

Firstly once purchased the courses are hard to locate and not clear where they are to be found on your personalised dashboard. It took half a day and a phone call with your customer service team who was not exactly understanding. The slides are really informative but long winded and lack clear short had bullet points to ensure they are memorable. The test questions, well they are really confusing. The questions are worded clumsily and the answers are not easily understandable and very similar in their options. I think there are clear improvements to be made!

Thanks so much for your feedback on our online training courses. We really do care about our customers’ experiences and immediate action has been called upon to review the points that you have raised. The contents of the courses are lengthy and very detailed as set out by our Primary Authority partners; the courses were developed and co-created by third party EHO consultants in conjunction with Greenwich Environmental Health Department, this is to ensure that our trainees will become more than equipped with the knowledge that they need. The multiple choice examination questions are populated randomly to ensure a fair assessment is conducted.
