“Nice to be able to do the course at your own pace I do however think that 20 mins to answer 20 questions is a bit of a rush especially for such as a person that lacks reading skills would really struggle I only just managed the time limit and I'm a fast reader but it's a nice easy site to navigate and with audio to listen to whilst following the words makes it even better....”

“The course was really informative however my only complaint was that I should be able to control the speed of each page (way to slow) hence wasting too much time.”

“Explanations were clear and paced at a level that gave ample time to read and understand. There was very little jargon and specialist information was well introduced. The downloaded handbook is a useful resource to hang on to for future reference.”

“This course was really good and it was very easy at the start-up page. the course was very detailed and really good to do as a resit. really good advise anyone that needs to do its the best one i have done so far rather than sitting in a class for 6 days”

“Excellent informative course making me feel well prepared in my business. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't move the slides on more quickly, I read rather than listened to the words but had to wait too long before I could move on to the next slide.”

“Good information, some frustrations. Very anoying to have to wait until the voice over has finished reading to be able to move on. I wasalso annoyed to have to do 2 of the modules twice as it wouldnt move me on and just logged me out.”
