“This course has done wonders for me, in that it gives me a better understanding of how to handle food with the utmost care with the highest food hygiene system. It was very challenging but, this course has worth my time and money. Thanks to NCASS Aneita”

“the training programme from NCASS was very well thought through with plenty of graphics, content and additionaly having a voice over is better than being in class [you can pause and have a brew at any time !] it was a really good course and it is always good to learn to boost your [and other's ]knowledge”
