“The course content is intellectually stimulating and of excellent quality and the information you learn from the course training can be successfully and effectively used both in the workplace and in every day life. I would 100% recommend the NCASS Safe Food Level 2 - Hygiene Training online training course to any people currently working in food industries .”

“Completed the Level 2 course, extremely thorough and well thought out, maybe a tad strenuous on the attention span as you have to wait every slide for a specific time even if you’ve read all the information already. Aside from that very pleased with my pass.”

“The process was straight forward and hassle free. Information is clear, video voices nice. After completing the course, the certificate has arrived quickly and as described. I would sign up for another certificate once needed.”

“I prefer to do tests this way as you get no negative feed back as in classrooms...….. Someone puts there hand up with the wrong answer, and it takes brain space up ………. I love to to the tests this way and will always come back to ncass”

“Simple to follow and easy to understand. However there were several spelling mistakes in the exam which doesn’t really inspire confidence. Otherwise a good course to get the required qualification”

“Great course with very useful and applicable information. One issue I did have with it was the speed at which the information appeared. The course could have been completed in less time had this not been the case. Of course you don't want people skimming through the information, but the snail pace did become frustrating.”

“Unfortunately i found this training very poor. Although the content was relevant and comprehensive the delivery style was unengaging and dry. I’d value more interactivity, different delivery methods eg videos. Some content could have been added to course notes, supplementary info rather than the core curriculum. Also would have benefitted from proofreading to correct errors etc”
