“More questions during training would help learning. No info on how to put someone in recovery position. Tech issues meant system crashed after module 2 and I had to redo the whole module”

“Delivery would be better with audio, as it used to be, those who don’t want audio can mute it! Some people may prefer it but can’t unmute it if it isn’t there, otherwise a good all round course”
