“I recently studied Level 2 Food Safety / Level 1&2 HACCPS / LPG Safety - I must say the training was simple and intuitive. I passed all exams so am delighted that I am now ready to trade from my coffee truck with the knowledge that require to make my business a success as well as adhering to national standards. Excellent job NCASS!!”

“It's very in-fpeth and actually forces you to complete the modules screen by screen before taking the test. So there's no way to short-cut it, and while this can be frustrating, you're forced to learn :-) so in my view it's the best training around”

“The NCASS online training is great but to make it perfect it need staff to be reviewed after 1 month then again after 6 months. I find most staff come in after passing the training not remembering what they just learnt. I do feel if they were to be tested a few weeks after they completed the training most would fail. If there was an online test they could do once passed, I feel it would be a valuable tool for the industry.”
