“The training is very informative and simple to understand but unfortunately for some reason most pages on each module didn’t upload correctly many time showing blank pages. I got stuck so many time while swapping from a page to another in all the 8 modules. The red “help button” at the top doesn’t work at all! Very frustrating.”

“This course was easy to understand, flexible as you could dip in and out and took c. 2 hours. The hardest part was putting two hours to one side but it was worth it and will add real value to my business once we implement the training.”

“A bit frustrating if you’re a fast reader because you have to wait for the voice over to finish reading before you can move on but other than that it was a good learning experience.”

“The training was very informative and clear. I feel up to date with everything and I trust the info that is given. Some of the pages took a while to load and I noticed a part where it said 'delivery men' not.. 'delivery person'!”
